Prof. I Jawara (FAAS)

Prof. Iwatan Jawara was the former Vice-Chancellor University of Ghana.
He is the current Chairman of Stevens Finance Corporate Governing Board and Has vast knowledge in administration, Science and  Culture. He has a Bachelor in Science (B.Sc.), and a Doctor of Philosophy Ph.D), Chemistry Graduated B.Sc. with First Class Honors in Chemistry in 1974,
He is currently the Professor of Chemistry & Director, Centre for Sustainable Development, Accra, Ghana.

Wako Aduma

Mr Wako Aduma - Member, Board- Stevens Finance Corporate. Mr. Aduma was born on 30th January, 1950. He has a first class degree in Economics from the University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University). He was a member of Rivers State Budget Committee as well as a Consultant to Road Maintenance & Rehabilitation Agency. He was a member – Reform and Implementation Committee of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation and a former member of Rivers State Advisory Committee on Finance and Economic matters. He has various banking experience with the then Crystal Bank, Nigerian Bank for Commence and Industry and he is currently a Budget and Consultant. He is the Chairman of the Finance and General Purpose Committee and also a member of other Board Committees.

Sara Dyke

Mrs. Sara Dyke is the former African Vice president to International Monetary Fund (IMF) on African Development Matters. She has served various capacities in African Development Bank(AfDB) as head of Operations, Ambassador to South Africa to United Nations on Women Right Protection. 
Mrs Sara Dyke has a PhD in Social Psychology from University of Birmingham.
She is currently the President of Alliance for Child Development Foundation in South Africa and has over 20 years experience in banking and investment.

Beatrice Hywansha

Dr. Mrs B. Hywansha has a PhD in Banking and Finance Technology from American International University West Africa Banjul, Gambia.
She is the immediate past president of African Bankers Association of West Africa and has worked with Skye Bank Gambia with over 23 years of Banking experience.
Dr. Mrs Hywansha has numerous awards and is the author of Best Selling  Gambia's novel Book "The Peace".

Jonathan Mensah

Dr. Jonathan T Mensah- MD/CEO  holds the Higher National Diploma (Business Administration) from University of Ghana, Accra (1996). A PhD with University of Oxford, England. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Ghana, he has 23 years banking experience having previously worked with FSB International Bank Plc (1987-1993) and United Commercial Bank, Nigeria (1993-1994). He is the pioneer/ Founder of Stevens Finance Services. He is currently Managing Director who oversees the affairs of the bank.

Caroline Watteh

Mrs. C. E. Watteh is an Associate Professor (Forensic Accounting) with University of Liberia Monrovia.
She had worked with Access Bank Plc, Gambia as Chief Audit/Risk Officer and has over 25 years of Accounting/Banking experience.
She is currently the President of Association of Bankers in Liberia and has spent over 10 years of Risk Advisory to Multi-National firms.

Goodluck Ehimen


Mr. Goodluck Ehimen was born on 26th October, 1954 in Abia State. He is a retired former Banker with Zenith Bank PLC. He holds a Bachelor degree in Political Science (1978) from the Premier University, the University of Ibadan and also has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Calabar. He attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2000. He holds a Masters degree in Law from University of Jos. Mr. Ehimen is a prominent member of several professional bodiesmong which are Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Bar Association (IBA), the National Institute, the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the National Organisation of Black Law Enforcement Executive (NOBLE). He was a member of the Presidential Planning Committee on the amnesty programme.
